Hey! I’m Marc, a Licensed Counselling Therapist with the College of Counselling Therapists of New Brunswick, and a Canadian Certified Counsellor with the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association.

I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the Université de Moncton, in addition to a Master of Education in Counselling from the University of New Brunswick.

I’ve been working in private practice for a few years now, and I provide mental health counselling to adults & teenagers (16+) in both French & English.

The individuals I see are often dealing with challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, grief/loss, interpersonal issues & major life transitions, such as military veterans struggling with PTSD and trying to find a purpose in life after service.

Do you feel stuck in a rut and can't figure out your next move?

Do you feel so overwhelmed that you don’t even have the energy to think anymore?

Do you have intrusive thoughts, disturbing images & memories, or strong emotions & impulses that feel out of control?

Do you feel like something is different about you and it makes it difficult to fully connect with others?

Does it bring you a deep sense of shame, sadness & confusion that you can't quite explain?

Maybe somewhere along the way, you developed certain survival strategies & beliefs about yourself, others & the world that used to serve you well, but not anymore.

If you answered yes to any of those questions, you don’t have to keep carrying this weight alone.

Therapy can be a powerful tool for healing, figuring things out & developing skills for getting your life back on track.
